Room was in great condition, although, the hot and cold water control was swapped to opposite from what it should be (not a big deal, just quirky). Breakfast was good the first day, but the sausage & gravy dish was cold in day 2. Attentive desk clerk upon check in late at night, but no one available at check out (before 9am). Power went out (and with it, the heat) for a short period during the night, but probably to be expected with the winds/weather.

The room was okay. Not great lighting. They don’t make rooms with bathtubs anymore? And since when do you have to ask for daily housekeeping? Especially 24 hours in advance. Isn’t that part of the hotel experience?

Clean, modern and remodeled! Nice staff, great customer service and comfy bed. For a 2.5 star hotel this place was a great price and superceeded my expectations. A quick ride to Mohegan.
