Supposed to be handicapped room. Had to go buy a step stool to get on the bed because it was not handicapped accessible. Black out shade came crashing down at 2:30 AM. Control didn’t work to get it back up. Phone in the room didn’t work. No instructions on checking out. The room felt like a prison cell.

Make some changes

The hotel was nice and clean for the most part. A little cold foe my taste. The shower doors need adjusted, water leaked all over the floor and down along the wall. Breakfast could be improved with more of a variety. Most breakfast items were bread, very little fruit and only a machine that had yogurt. Adding flavored creamers for coffee would be nice as well. Probably wont stay here again.

We had a wedding in the area and wanted to stay close as we live 2 hours away. We arrive 19 minutes before 3 and were greeted with a cold woman who stated that check in was not until 3 o'clock and we may not check in until then. We left un-checked in and returned after our event. We agree that she was following policy, but I would not use this hotel again based on her rudeness.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had to switch rooms immediately due to a leak and the staff was very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean, good for a quick night stay. Our refrigerator leaked over night which left the floor moist and was annoying
