Decent reasonable-budget hotel near the airport. Check-in was smooth, bed comfortable. Room was small but has all the essentials for a brief stay before travelling. Parking was fully booked out and we wish we had been advised to book parking during the room booking process, but thankfully we were able to source street parking. Would book again.

Good stay during Monaco Grand Prix week, clean and friendly hotel, staff were very helpful, breakfast was average and slightly disappointed to have been charged the same price for parking a motorbike as a car

No hassle, no frills and laid-back. Friendly staff able to communicate well in English. Ideally located. The tramlines of public transport company Lignes d' Azur have a stop at Parc Phoenix, 300 yards away, which will take you to Old Town and the Port of Nice and during the day also to the airport Terminal 1 for international departures.

Hotel was in excellent location. Very friendly staff. Housekeeping needs to be improved, on several days, they forgot to change the towel, add new cups for teeth brushing and make up the bed.

I would not stay in this hotel again. It says: PARKING AVAILABLE, but it does not mention that it costs 15 euros. No iron and board available in the room. When i enquired at the reception, they gave me a baby one (travel iron) that was dirty and requested a cash deposit of 20 euros. No board by the way so i had to iron on the bed which was not convenient.

It was okay but on the website description they mention 10 minutes walk to the airport not mentioning terminal or any details we had to walk 20 minutes to terminal 1 and then take the tram to T2 The room was okay but the bed sheets dirty.
