The Hotel is very clean and the view over looking the Garden and the Mediterranean sea is like a post card. The staff is very charming and very helpful. We stayed there for two weeks and everyone at the front desk was super nice. I recommend that hotel to anyone and looking forward to go there again.

Staff were very friendly, well situated being 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes by taxi to Nice. Stayed here many times over the years as it is ideal to take the train and cover the whole coast from Cannes to Monte Carlo within 30 minutes by train

front desk staffs are very helpful, the location is two train stations from Nice main train station, i missed my 9 ish last train and i had to take Uber back to the hotel which only cost CAN$20, the hotel is 15 minutes walk from St Laurent train station where i took trains to Nice, Cannes and Monte Carlo, Monaco. The hotel is by the beach and there are a lot of nice restaurants along the beach.

The hotel was clean as was our room, breakfast was lovely - a lot more than we were expecting. The hotel is well located for the beach, restaurants, shopping centre and walking distance to public transport. All the staff were lovely and friendly. One was exceptionally knowledgeable due to her previous tour guide experience which helped us pull an amazing sightseeing plan together for our long weekend trip. Being very picky I think the only thing I might have liked is room facing the sea or their wonderful garden, but we weren’t in much so really didn’t take away from our experience.

The journey began with a disaster, the airport shuttle arrangement was almost non-existence to non-favourable guest. Called up the receptionist a few times, she failed to offer the proper pickup arrangement even though we have given her reservation detail. She made us waited for 45 mins until we saw the Holiday Inn van. The van didn't stop but we had to chase it in the middle of the road. The driver finally stopped and told us that he didn't get the pick up request for us. He was kind enough to send us to the hotel. Extremely shame on the female receptionist who gave us so much trouble - it's ok if you're discriminating non-French speaking guest with direct refusal on the pick-up, but it's horrible when you made us to wait right outside of the airport.

The staff was wonderful. However, the exterior of the property is very dated and looked very little like the photos. However, we specifically chose this property to use the private hotel beach club on our last day before leaving France. We were never informed until check-in that it was closed to guests for a "private event." We would have chosen a different hotel had we known. No offer of compensation or alternate beach options were offered. To say we were disappointed was an understatement.
