A perfect stay in this small boutique hotel with helpful staff. Would definitely choose it again as base for discovering Nice. The location is near tram stops and the main Nice train station, so easy to get into old nice and promenade Anglais within 5 to 10 mins or 20 to 30 minutes walk Also 30 min direct tram from airport on tram line 2

Set back from the main road which made it quieter . Central to everything. Easy access to trains to Monaco etc . Trams / shopping / beach all near . We had a lovely premium double room with very comfortable bed and great shower . The staff were all friendly and keen to please . Recommended.

What made this hotel stand out was how amazing the staff was. We got so many wonderful recommendations for breakfast and dinner. They helped us book our train tickets to our next destination in France too. We will stay here again the next time we visit Nice.

Superb hotel to spend a few days in Nice, not too far from all the main things to see and do, with easy tram access. Quiet although still central, and hands down the most welcoming and friendly team of people who made us feel really valued and looked after us brilliantly through our stay.
