The view was absolutely incredible, but was one of the only selling points. The hotel is old and in need of a serious renovation. There was black mold in the shower, and when we arrived the, air conditioning wouldn't work. We were told it had been switched over, even though it was still in the high 70s in the two weeks prior. The hallways and reception areas were still air conditioned however. It would have been nice to have some sort of notification that there was no AC. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel.

A dated-looking decor. Room was small. Nothing special about this hotel except it has a wonderfil location along the Promonade. Dinner restaurant was good (Crepe Suzette prepared tableside!) and breakfast buffet was very good.

Excellent location. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Hotel looked very grand from the outside. We booked a delux sea view room and it was disappointing. Not as spacious as the photos presented it to be. There was nothing delux about the room. 2 single beds with 2 hard mattresses. The balcony was only partially covered so when it rained, it could not be used. The room was definitely not sound proofed as you could hear the next door neighbours through the poor quality balcony doors. Could also hear traffic noise. Shower was poor with low water pressure. There was shampoo but no conditioner. The floor when wet was very slippy.

Great views and charming lobby. The location is great, if you are looking for beach access, and walking to Old Town was fine. The room itself had an odd smell occasionally and water that was never quite hot. Overall, a decent stay.

Convenient Location
Hotel located right at the beach in Nice. Parking is available just around the corner. The bathroom was very small and although there was a shower over the bath, the bath itself was very slippery. Breakfast was good, with a good selection of items available.
