Quiet area. Staff friendly and very helpful. Good shower always reliable hot water, comfortable bed. Air con very welcome and easy to adjust. Good range of food at breakfast although only hot choice was boiled eggs and toast. Loved everything about it, would definitely return and recommend.

It was fine. Some of the staff professional, some borderline not. The hotel itself if fine. However do be aware if you are staying when it is hot as hell, like in the summer, the AC barely works. Be prepared to boil. A good location though. They say they have glass water bottles for filling with filtered water, upon inspection they are not clean enough. Not up to par and have debris on them. Nice try though. The room is very spacious overall and nice. The closet is very limited, not enough space for hanging and putting your stuff away. They really need a mini fridge in the room. Overall its a solid place, with room to grow and a good location near the train, 15 minute walk to the beach or less. Right near the train station.

Comfortable rooms that were a very good size. Decent breakfast options. Great location - max 10 min walk to the station and about 12 mins to the Prom.

Great hotel in Nice

This hotel is just brilliant. Great location for what we needed. 10 mins max walk to main station. 10 mins from trams. 15-20 mins to sea front. The room was excellent, clean with an amazing balcony with sunbeds! Breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of choice. The only fault, if i had one, was the shower was not very powerful and difficult to get temp right but overall this is a highly recommended hotel just away from the main areas but easy to get around on foot. Would 100% stay here again.

Nice hotel with convenient location to train station and only a short walk to boardwalk. Did not take breakfast option so can't comment. Wish the rooms would have fridge in room or at very least a coffee maker. All staff were friendly and helpful. Stored my luggage on last day. Recommend highly
