Second time returning here, was slightly disappointed this time. Rooms were not quite what they were however they were spacious and comfortable. Only let down was the noise on the Main Street which started at 8am everyday, and was constant. Given the Hôtel knew this a room on the other side would have been better. We did enjoy our stay and the rooftop bar is a nice bonus.

In an ideal location for trains and trams. Easy walking distance of the beach. Good restaurants within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Complimentary soft drinks and snacks in room a nice surprise.i would happily recommend this hotel

The Privilege rooms we booked were great (on the 7th floor), with comfy beds and good room facilities. Staff very friendly and accommodating our requests. Only negatives were that the bar area above our balcony got busy one night and unfortunately the people attending were smoking and flicking ash onto our balcony whilst we were there and then later. Needs more barriers to prevent this. An awful drain smell most evenings in the corridor, but not in the rooms. Pool area was ok, but didn’t use a lot. Garden area is a little tired and could be used more. Maybe a second pool in this area? Overall we enjoyed our stayed and was perfect location for our week in Nice, and I would recommend

Great location with easy walk to Old Town, many restaurants. Room is large, clean. Biggest problem is AC is not cooling enough, room is stifling hot in September. When we called about it, a service staff was sent quickly to look in the vent and said it’s normal, nothing wrong. He helpfully brought in a fan to help moving the air. So good effort but disappointed that a nice 4 stars hotel don’t have adequate AC, hate to think what’s like in July/Aug

Très bien mais pourrait être mieux.

Hôtel très bien situé. Propre sauf pour la table sur le balcon que la femme de menage n'a jamais lavé de la semaine. Annonce surprise d'une taxe de séjour de 48 Euros annoncée lors du départ ce qui n'est ni honnête, ni transparent. Le drain du lavabo de la salle de bain dégage des fortes odeurs d'urine par moment.

Great location and lovely bar on 8th floor. We booked a privilege room in order to hopefully receive one of the renovated bedrooms, in fact it seemed the privilege rooms were the only non renovated rooms on our floor (6th). That’s all I would change!
