LIKE : great location with view of and 2 minutes walk to Promenade des Anglais. near restaurants, grocers, etc. -10 min. walk to Vieux Nice - clean : maid service every day, but sheets changed only on request - nice bright room and quiet - staff pleasant - good shower - fresh water always available in hall cooler DISLIKE - no safety bars in shower - table in room was too wobbly to use - uncomfortable chair in room OVERALL - I would stay here again.

This a beach side hotel with excellent location. The room was comfortable but did lack hair conditioner. The room was basic, but comfortable and had AC that was adequate. Location, staff, and cleanliness are the best attributes for this hotel.

The Hotel is in great location. The lifts are old and paint from walls is coming off outside the lift. The room balcony door is only 1 foot open and balcony is dirty. The Breakfast was amazing with a view of the sea and promenade. I would stay here again. Very close to teh restaurants.

I thought the people at reception were lovely and welcoming as well as helpful. The view from the room was stunning and the bed was large and comfortable. My real issue was the fact that the loo just had a sliding door— unsealed, the wash basin was in the room as was the shower. OK for a young couple but the lack of privacy would be difficult for friends or couples who don’t know each other too well.

The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. I was traveling with my elderly mom; we were not originally in a handicap room and my mom had trouble balancing in the narrow tub/shower combo. The staff were able to switch us to a handicap room for the balance of our stay.
