Third Stay at Novotel Arenas

We recently stayed at Novotel Arenas for the third time. It's clean, well-run, and right across from the airport. They have shuttles that run every 30 minutes, and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to your terminal. Helpful staff.

My flight was delayed, so I checked in around midnight. When I got to the room, there was a really unpleasant smell, and I noticed some hair in the bathroom. I wanted to complain and ask for a different room, but I was too exhausted and had to leave early in the morning after only about 5 hours of sleep, so I just stayed. I paid $200 for the room, but the smell made it really hard to rest properly. It was a very disappointing experience.
