Absolutely brilliant base for our trip to the South of France, accessible to Nice and all public transport. The room was great, provided us with everything we needed as a family of four and gave us the option to eat in if we wanted too. Only negative was getting ignored by staff when we tried to use the restaurant for breakfast and sat for 20 minutes before walking out. Wouldnt put us off from coming back though. Highly recommend

Very nice staff. Very convenient for our family of 4. Our room had a loft where the kids stay and they loved there own space. Had a mini kitchen where we were able to make breakfast, which was really nice.

Perfect in every way!

Simply wonderful. This is a gem for a family of 4 ( 2 teenagers!). Accommodations are excellent, spacious, sparkling clean and modern. I literally could live here for a month. Location is perfect : equidistant btw port and place garabaldi and a 5 min walk to old town. I am thrilled that I found it- truly made our vacation so special without breaking the bank. Every other hotel we would have to get two rooms and it would not have been as fun!

Great hotel with friendly helpful staff. Apartment was a great size with everything you would want and very clean. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Nice as it is within easy walk to all areas, close to a tram stop and many nice restaurants. Only recommendation would be some mugs and a better bread knife. Also additional shelf/area in bathroom/bedroom for make-up & hair drying.

We stayed in a mezzanine suite and it was so spacious. Everything was amazing. The bathroom, the beds, the amenities. Cannot find a fault at all. Location was fabulous and walkable to so much. Highly recommend.

This place is wonderful. Middle of Old Nice with full of life and close to the port and close to the beach. I believe its the best location to be in. The hotel stuff is great and the hotel did a renovation a year ago so looking good with tall ceilings and a very nice size bathroom with walking showers just like the states. Love this place and I will stay again here since the spot is very convenient.
