Its a very old property with updated rooms that are not very well updated. Sewage smell comes in from the shower drains, just an unpleasant hotel.

Used airport shuttle to depart and it was great. Very little info provided about shuttle availability prior to arrival other than walking directions which weren’t very specific. “6 min walk” turned into a 20 minute search for the hotel dragging luggage. There was no signage except on the top of the building which could not be seen from nearby sidewalks. More arrival info would be helpful

Great for one night

Lovely room & service and great for a night before an early flight, as 5 minute walk to terminal 1 Pool & furniture could do with a good clean Food in restaurant was bland, but the staff were great!

Everything was good except the pillows. They were terrible. When my husband asked for 2 more he was told that it “was not possible”. Really?? Why? They provide robes and slippers that I care absolutely nothing about but not about making their guests comfortable? Do better Radisson.

Lobby had strong stench of urine, one of the rooms smelled like smoke and when requested another was told they oversold the hotel so couldn’t change, upon arrival at 5:45PM was told “I’ll check if the rooms are ready” but check in was supposed to be at 3PM…. We waited 10+ mins to speak with the front desk but given so busy we decided to wait and call in the morning to inquire about a shuttle over to the airport - was told we had to let them know the day before in advance for the shuttle therefore we had to pay 25+ euros to uber to the airport even tho no mention of shuttle from the receptionist who checked us in No where to park car upon arrival and receptionist couldn’t offer any help No apology for not providing this information nor the smells …….. Completely unacceptable

Convenient location for crack of dawn flight. Nice staff, packed a to go breakfast bag for us, arranged a shuttle for 4am and let us sit around the pool for a few hours before we could check in. Room itself was brand new , spottless and comfortable

Handy location

We had a great stay. We enjoyed the lovely pool, the restaurant and the comfortable room. Very convenient proximity to the Nice airport for our flight home. The hotel is also close to the train station for day trips. Would definitely stay again!

After booking a twin bed room here on Expedia. My daughter ( non visibly disabled) and i were left sharing a bed. Guys checking us in seemed to be having a heated discussion. Guy at reception blamed Expedia for the room booking. Took the best part of 45 mins to get the keycards to work, allowing us in the room. Room had sewage smell for 3 days +. Girls Collette and Qualette were so helpful and gave us a twin room 1st thing next morning. However, my daughters mattress was badly stained. No available snacks throughout the day/evening. I decided to move on and not pay for another 5 night. I expected better from Radisson, especially at their prices.
