This hotel has one thing going for it. The location. Nestled in the heart of Nice, it is accessible to everything within minutes. The rest leaves much to be desired first and foremost, a terrible sense of customer service: instead of taking responsibility for shortcomings they question the client’s version stopping short of calling the complainant a liar— despite being shown pictures as evidence. The room was frankly dirty. There’s also black mold in multiple places on the grout in the bathroom. No toilet paper in the lobby bathroom. Stains on the hallway carpets. And trash under the bed. The walls are so thin you can hear snoring from the next room over. That’s why they leave earplugs on the desk for you. Don’t try to address any of these issues with the staff because they will turn the tables on you and get defensive. There really is no sense of customer service. I wrote to the hotel management and more than a week later have still not received an answer.
