The location was excellent. The view was excellent.

Beautiful view from the room! The room and bathroom were very clean with a shower that got nice and hot. Every staff member we interacted with were super friendly and helpful! Good breakfast too!

Great hotel on the sea. Wonderful views, beautiful swimming in the sea, breakfast excellent. Restaurants were very good. Brilliant walks along the rocks and beaches of the waterfront.

Lovely hotel and great location.

This is by no means a 4 star hotel. No coffee machine in the bedrroom. Hair dryer didn’t work. No conditioner provided. Bed sheets were bad quality. The elevator was filthy. Really expensive for the type of property. Personnel had good manners, and were nice, but had no idea on recommendations on what to do or visit. The property is VERY conviniently located (few blocks from Old Nice and few blocks from major street shopping and restaurants in new Nice, as well as 1 block away from beach)

I was really pleasantly surprised by how nice and comfy the hotel was, as well as being clean and well maintained. The two desk clerks were very helpful also, as well as managing the small downstairs bar which was a nice feature. The place is by the train station and it seemed perfectly safe to me. The walk to the beach was just over 15 minutes, so quite convenient.
