Time travel experience
If you want to go back in time to the 1980's then this is for you. Nice enough staff, but the hotel is in desperate need of a refit. Plastic covered dining tables just topped it off. Brought back memories of Butlins as a kid in the 80's. We've done a trip from the UK, through Belgium and Germany. This is the most expensive hotel we've stopped in, but definitely the worst. My advice, find somewhere else to stay

The hotel wasn"t bad but when I booked it said terrace but it didn"t have one so I had to pay 30 Euros plus to upgrade to a suite. More Hotels.coms fault than the hotels.

Wonderful mountain views in Alsace
This is a great hotel to stay in a very peaceful area of Alsace. It is not a luxury property, and yes the bathroom is small but it is comfy and every room has a beautiful balcony and view. Bertrand, the host id a wonderful man who will offer you advice on the region, speak to you in French, English or German and share his smile with you. The restaurant is quite nice and we had a wonderful meal with local wine. Recommend this peaceful hotel highly.

Agréable séjour. L’hôtel n’est pas le plus moderne mais tout est propre et le personne est très sympa. L’espace spa / piscine est très agréable et très propre. Le restaurant est à menu unique, service très correct. Pas mal de restaurants / commodité à 10/15 min en voiture.

Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir waren als Familie in der deluxe Suite. Die Couch, die zur Schlafcouch hergerichtet war, war bequem. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und Stauraum. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Und auch sonst alle Mitarbeiter immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Da das Hotel recht weit oben liegt, hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Die direkten Städtchen sind herrlich. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe und natürlich Boulangerien. Der Poolbereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad einfach Top. Handtücher für diesen Bereich mitbringen oder für 5€ vor ort auch leihbar. Das Frühstück mit allen basics kann man auch einen leckeren Sekt genießen. Es gibt auch für abends ein leckeres 4 Gänge Menü. Wer das Auto lieber stehen lässt kann auch mit dem Bus fahren. Haltestelle ganz in der Nähe. Für den Hund gibt ey auch schöne Spaziermöglichleiten. Hätten es sehr gerne noch 1-2 Tage mehr genossen. Merci

dans la salle de bain aucun support pour poser les produits de douches et également pour pendre les linges. Le sèche cheveux pas pratique du tout, il faut toujours tenir le bouton pressé afin qu'il fonctionne en plus de cela il est petit on se pète les doigts et la main, le nettoyage de la chambre pas très propre à notre arrivée il y avait plein de miettes l'aspirateur n'a pas été fait à notre avis! L'accueil rien à redire très bien

Dans l’ensemble séjour agréable néanmoins certains détails sont à revoir. Le spa n’étant pas fonctionnel la mâtiné, l’on veut profité du sauna après le petit déjeuner, de plus la température de la piscine était assez décevante même si l’on peut comprendre la volonté d’économiser de l’énergie. En parlant du petit déjeuner il était convenable mais la qualité des produits n’était pas au rendez vous. Il faut aussi prévoir ses propres serviettes pour la piscine on sinon payer une location.
