Two night stay with two adults and two children. Good size rooms, modern , clean and really good value for money. Short tram ride into the main square, an amazing burger place opposite the hotel. I think the only let down were some of the staff seemed pretty miserable which was so evident in the morning it was a talking point. Free parking right next to the hotel which was great. I think the gym is rather pointless and needs to have its own space so I didn’t use it. Tried the spa which was pretty good but evident they have had historical issues with males which is fine to highlight specific behaviours that won’t be accepted but it did mean my experience wasn’t as good as my partners. No balcony which wasn’t an ideal for us either but I’d stay again and I’d recommend it.

We chose this apartment for our recent stay in Krakow. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of by the staff. We were greeted with wine and chocolate in the room, breakfast each morning was amazing, and on the last day they even packed breakfast to go for our flight. The apartment was gorgeous and the perfect respite after long sightseeing days. On our final night, we ate in the restaurant and quite possible it was the best meal I've had in years. From the caviar to the deer filet and dessert, every bite was exquisite. A huge thank you to Viktor and Olivia for taking such good care of us. We can't wait to return!

This was a spectacular hotel and experience. From the moment we arrived to the second we left, each staff member provided exceptional service. We would return here for sure. In addition, their Michelin restaurant, Fortina,, provided a delectable dining experience. This hotel understands the meaning of service. A must if you're staying in Krakow.

In a perfect spot to everything

The hotel is in a good location, directly next to the center square. Everything was walkable, with many dining and pub options. A thing to note about the hotel is that it is connected to a casino. One person in our group tried to find us a bar in the hotel to watch the World Cup Finals. He had to sign many documents in order to get in, due to it being in the Casino. That said, he received a free drink and won money. So, it was a win for him. Another thing to know, is this hotel, along with all hotels within the city center is a "no pick-up" zone. We had to walk a short distance to catch our tour bus to the Salt Mines. The walk was easy and we had no issues with our stay.
