The only bearable thing in this place was breakfast. There is no AC or even a fan in the rooms, with hot temperatures it was unbearable. No room refrigerator for drinks. Room was provided with two small bottles of water but no bottle opener. The furniture seen much better days. Mattress hard like a rock. Terra cloth bedding unpleasantly harsh. Thin synthetic towels were previously used to map the floor. Service definitely not customer oriented, whole place stop caring about 30 years ago. Poland is beautiful but try to avoid places like Stara Poczta, it is just remainder of not so glorious times

The hotel is close to a few hospitals in the area, but it is rather far from the city center. You can take a tram to the city center, but you need to know how and where to purchase a ticket. The rooms are small, especially the space between the desk and the bed. This arrangement was extremely uncomfortable to me. The blanket on the bed was about the size of a towel. I stayed in a business room; however, the internet service was simply horrible - very slow and with frequent interruptions. My work required me to participate in online conferences, and I was simply unable to do so. I complained to the front desk, but I was told that the internet service was excellent and that there was no need to change rooms. Nevertheless, many times I was unable to connect to the internet or even send emails. Overall, the hotel may be OK for people who need to stay near the nearby hospitals. However, I would not recommend it for people who require reliable internet service or who want to visit other parts of the city. Personally, I was very happy when I checked out and I will never again stay in that hotel.
