Our stay at Bliss was nothing short of spectacular, the staff there are INCREDIBLY kind and caring. You really feel like you are being hosted by family when you stay here. My partner and I got engaged during our trip and they went and got us cake from a bakery down the street!! We will definitely be returning to Niseko and staying at Bliss Lodging!

Bliss lodging made all the difference in our Niseko vacation. They took great care of us and it was like staying with friends. Sato and Tak made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great local suggestions for restaurants. They helped us out with grocery shopping and ski rentals and the local shuttle systems. It made Niseko very easy to navigate. We want to return and stay with them again.

Free shuttle is right in front of the hotel to both Grand Hirafu and Hanazono, very convenient location. Extremely friendly staff, I had a great time at Bliss Lodging, will definitely come back again.

Service is beyond great. A little outside the main part of the village but hotel offered shuttle into ski area every morning for free. Sato (manager) and drivers were phenomenal! On one occasion a couple things were going wrong as things do once in a while (unrelated and at no fault of the hotel) and Sato went out of her way to brighten my day. Highly recommend this hotel.

This lodge is beyond amazing. The place is cozy, clean, comfortable, and modern. The hospitality was awesome, Satoko san and her team was so warm and friendly. They will help you however way they can with a smile on their friendly faces. Despite it being slightly away from where the hustle and bustle are, the shuttle pick up point is directly outside the lodge, so that, in itself more than makes up for it. So much love for this place! Thank you Satoko san!

Great hotel close to the slopes
This hotel was easily the best I had stayed in throughout Japan. The staff went above and beyond their duties and their service was incredible. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Niseko.

Fantastic staff!!
The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my 5 day solo ski trip one of the most memorable one! The people (Satoko, Tsuyo and Kana) are friendly, accommodating and always trying their best to help. It really stood out from the usually chain hotels with a very relaxing, friendly and homely experience. I had a midnight arrival due to flight delays but they still picked up as promised, brought me to the local store to get breakfast and supplies (a must do) and patiently explained the area to me. During the stay, they hosted Takoyaki party. It was fun to see them make the food themselves and cook on the spot. A good selection of Sake and Japanese Whisky were provided. In the evening sukiyaki were provided in the reception area for free. There is a ski bus stop right at the hotel and it comes every 20 mins. If the hotel van happens to go out at the same time they can generally give a ride. (Ski bus service ends at 20:30). The room itself is immaculately clean and generous size by Japanese standard. It has a fully functional kitchen with utensils to make quick work of breakfast or takeout dinners. Thus it is important to stock up from the local convenience store on arrival if you want max time on the mountain. Overall this is a memorable solo ski trip thanks to Bliss Lodging. The staff really make me feel like part of the family and experience the Japanese culture/hospitality through the daily interactions and activities, which is rare in this touristy area.

Amazing staff!
Bliss Lodging was a fantastic stay for us! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel like part of the family. Great location as there is a shuttle bus stop right outside the hotel to the ski lifts and it's not far to walk into Hirafu village! Room was cosy, clean and had all the cooking equipment we could need for a few days. I definitely recommend this place!
