We loved everything about this property. The grounds are beautiful from the lavender lined side walls to the acres of olive trees. The staff could not be more accommodating from when we pulled into the parking lot and Joseppe came running out to help with bags to every other server going out of their way to make our stay special. We love a smaller hotel and appreciate the attention to every detail. The room was perfect, bed was comfortable and shower was also great. At night we sat on our patio under the olive trees and drank wine, so special. The restaurant was also very good. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and our waitor(can’t remember his name, great smile though) was great. We loved our stay!!!

We were put into a handicap room, which is not what we asked for. It was just blah. No furniture in the room was huge. It was like an apartment, but there was nothing in it except the bed. There was construction right underneath us, which made it very uncomfortable in the morning to try to sleep in

Our stay at the BRA Hotel Bari was simply outstanding and exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were second to none, and they always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and offered every comfort you could ask for. The luxurious finishes, comfortable bed, and thoughtful amenities made it a pleasure to return to after exploring the beautiful city of Bari. The dining experience was equally exceptional. Breakfast offered an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality products, and every meal we enjoyed was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The rooftop restaurant was a true highlight, combining outstanding cuisine with a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to Bari's best shops, restaurants, and historic attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. BRA Hotel is a true five-star experience in every sense. If you're looking for luxury, impeccable service, outstanding food, and an unforgettable stay in Bari, look no further. We can't wait to return!

A bit of a walk from Bari Centrale but overall good!

Excellent hotel. Facilities annd room's are really good and very clean. Lovely pool. Good restaurant in hotel but no other options close by. Location is ok but would not walk into town and back of an evening going through the underpass by the station. So taxi both ways. It’s ok during the day but not a pleasant walk.

The hotel gives Best Western vibes for those from the US. Creaky bed, cold shower, and you can hear everytime from the rooms surrounding you.

The front desk was incredibly rude. Our room wasn't ready at check in, the AC in our room was broken, the front desk hung up on us multiple times when we called down to ask for help with the broken AC and then was completely unhelpful and incredibly rude when we came down to ask for help, the restaurant onsite doesn't open until 8:00PM, so if traveling with kids or if you're used to eating earlier take that into account (I understand it's Italy but it's an airport right next to an international airport, would be nice to have food options earlier in the evening), the pool was nice, there was a reliable airport shuttle, the property was clean, and despite the broken AC the junior suite was roomy and clean. But based on the rude front desk, the lack of care for guests, and the experience we had I would not recommend this property unless you have no other choice.
