Each room has a balcony, which makes convenient to hang out the washing. There is a shared van from the main road to the Nakhon Sawan Train Station, which is priced at 12 baht per person. I would recommend this no-frills hotel for budget travellers.

Ok for short stay. Price was fair. It’s an older hotel and the staff seemed tired and over worked and quite likely under paid. It was ok for one night but I probably wouldn’t stay there again as there are likely better options available in a more walkable location

This place has potential . Staff was friendly but they up sold my girlfriend on different room and no real check in process.. The sheets were stained and comforter must have been 10 years old again stained. My girlfriend said it was probably an hour room for prostitutes.. hot water worked tv worked ...

MaiHom Villa
I have stayed many times in Mai Hom Villa Resort. Quiet,clean and comfortable and a good stopping point when driving between Pattaya and Northern Thailand. A small Big C shop and dining options are within walking distance. Plenty of undercover parking spaces available is a bonus.
