We had 2 queen beds. The room is dated and the carpet was dirty. The washroom was also dated and the bathtub was old with a shower curtain and no hand held shower. The rooms need a renovation. The common areas were great and clean and the staff are very friendly and provide great service. Hope to return when they renovate the double rooms and add in glassed in showers with hand held shower heads which should be standard at this price point.

My room was on the 3rd floor. I heard music and people in the lobby area as well as everyone in the pool till I finally fell asleep at 2am. Every night it was the same thing. I don’t blame the people I blame the hotel for having room so close to the lobby area.

The refrigerator in our $250 cabana rental did not work and drinks were hot. My chair rental was given away even though I had a 10:30 reservation. Requests of staff were consistently responded with that’s my coworkers responsibility. Very poor communication throughout and a 2nd floor rom overlooking a covered walkway was all this Bonvoys member received even with months of advance planning. Big push on fragrance and massage treatments which was uncomfortable. Will not recommend to others
