We thought the property was ok. I didn’t realize it wasn’t a hotel because I booked it on another site. It was easy to find. We rented a car and we are glad we did, as there were limited activities within walking distance. We requested additional towels and were told they only bring towels every few days. I saw a small ant in the bathroom. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay. We would choose a hotel closer to more activities if we return; however, I would not be opposed to staying there again. I think this would be good for couples or families traveling together. The owners allowed us to have a late checkout.

Definitely worth the money! This is the perfect property away from all the huge resorts for peace and quiet. We used the fully stocked kitchen and the pool pretty much daily, the pool had floaties that my daughter loved. We did not need the chairs or cooler but loved that this was an option for the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is ok if you don't mind walking 10-15 minutes to get to the beach. The bed was not very comfortable. The pool and outside areas were very nice. The other guests were very considerate. Security is good. The "Hot Tub" is not a hot tub. The water is the same temperature as the pool. If you want clean towels, you have to contact the host and request them and they will deliver them to you later in the day. Overall, good value for the price.

The property exceeded my expectations. The room was cozy, spacious, nicely decorated and clean. I appreciate the hot water and air conditioning. The room had kitchenette, equipped with microwave, fridge, toaster, utensils and coffee maker. The property has communal outdoor kitchen and grill. The property is in a residential area less than a 10 minute walk to Marriot Stellaris on palm beach. You can walk to back of Marriott hotel by the beach side and it will lead to several restaurants. The area is not lit well at night but I still felt safe. Neighborhood was quiet. The owner was responsive through what’s app and was helpful. I would come back and recommend property to others.

The idea of this property is nice. The rooms were not fully cleaned, I found broken glass pieces all over the floor, the toilet seat was broken, roaches inside and outside by the pool area, dust under the bed, couch and dresser, molded wall behind the couch. I did advise the owner and he brought bug spray and wanted to spray the room while all of our stuff and the baby sleeps there didn’t offer any other solution. Had to constantly beg for new towels, no new bed sheets, no one came to clean the room at all. Definetely wasn’t a pleasant stay

Our first time in Aruba & I was impressed with the property's cleanliness the are is great cause it was 3 mins away from the Casino & restaurants and nightlife. I really appreciated how we were received. Once we settled in we were free to roam and blend with the locals. I also liked the fact when we reached out to staff for assistance we got more than one response. So Kuddos for that. I want to thank you for making us feel so comfortable. "I'll be back".

We were in a Jam after the Airport closed Friday and had nowhere to stay and not knowing how long the airport would be closed. Heard rumers that we may be stuck until Monday, so we found this place not knowing what to expect and it turned out wonderful. Was clean, updated, free wifi, A/C and had a pool. Would definetly return.

The property was very private, clean and quiet away from crowds. Within walking distance to high rise hotels. However, we rented a car for the last 3 days of our trip to explore the island. Ana was very responsive and nice. I would love to rent this place again when I come back to ArubA.

Loved everything about the property except the wifi network. We couldn't use our phones away from the property...such as using the ebikes.
