Blue residence meets our expectations during our stay in Aruba. It is very spacious for our family trip. The location is very convenient and accessible to all attractions including but not limited to Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. Free parking if you do car rental. The receptionist is extremely welcoming and helpful in many different ways, like booking for excursions, calling for car services, renting a car, etc... Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Aruba.

Blue residences is a great option when visting Aruba. Its safe and very walkable location. Within walking distance to Palm Beach and Eagle beach. Super market near by and the property is very well maintained. The unit we had was 2BR/2bath, for a family of 4/5 was perfect, beautiful ocean views. The beds were very comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed to have a great stay. The kids really enjoyed the pools and had a great time. Would definitely recommend as an alternative to resorts/hotels.

Clean, spacious 3 bed / 3 bath condo as advertised with great ocean view (5th floor) Nice clean property with 2 large very nice pools. Beach access walk across main street. Complementary Internet Easy 5 min drive to shopping, nightlife, restaurants, Grocery store and casinos. Took multiple requests over several days to have minor maintenance issues addressed. (broken window shade obstructing ocean view, loss of electrical power) self wash of provided towels / linens due to no housekeeping services offered. (buy your own detergent) On site coffee shop and small restaurant very limited days and hours. NO HOT TUB / JACUZZI Overall 3.5 / 5

It was hard to communicate with the staff. The phone rings for 20 minutes and no one picks up during business hours. Phone calls are not returned. Checking in was a challenge as the receptionist seemed to be very frustrated and was yelling at me from a distance and then stormed away when I tried to come closer to talk to her. The place was very clean, well maintained, except for the small personal pool.

Property is well maintained. Pools were perfect for both kids. Condo (2 bedroom) was very spacious and allowed everyone to not be on top of each other for the week which was great. It is about a 10 min walk to get to the “strip” where all the main hotels/restaurants etc are. Getting a taxi to the complex was easy. You give the company and call and within 5 mins one is there. It was roughly $10-12 to most locations, $35 to airport. Not a lot of food options in immediately area. Grocery store can delivery groceries to you which was a nice option. We would stay there again.

Friendly security staff. Clean rooms. Our refrigerator did not work the majority of our stay with no one checking despite our request. The check in employee Ursula, was very negative, did not want to be bothered with anything and came off inconvenienced and argumentative when trying to ask questions or obtain information. We were not made aware that the only restaurant would not be available / opened during our stay or that one of the pools and the hot tub would not be available. We were only allowed 2 towels and 2 washcloths for a 5 night stay. The AC in the living room/kitchen was not great but we didn’t spend much time in there so wasn’t horrible.
