Pros: This was a great hotel. The room was spacious with the kitchenette area/table being a great plus. Staff was always friendly and helpful and breakfast had many options. My favorite was having the cook make what I wanted. Cons: I knew about the extra "resort" charge but I didn't appreciate the additional $100 per day they hold on your credit card for "incidentals".

Would be nice if hotel have a shuttle bus to Palm beach areas a least every two hours!! It’s very convenient for elderly people and families with children. And breakfast did not have cold cuts variety. Same cheeses and ham every day But the snacks were very tasty and the drinks were great !!! front desk had amazing service!!!

Unfortunately a little over $300 was stolen out of our room by one of your resort staff. We have traveled many times and stayed in Embassy Resorts. I can’t believe this happened to us at the Embassy Resort in Bermuda. Terrible.
