This place was trash heap! Bed bug and hair on sheets, mouse turd on shelf, damp smelly concrete floor, sand on couch. I didn’t dare even sit anywhere and would not step in shower, much less sleep! We got out of there as fast as possible! So awful—worst we ever experienced..anywhere!
Pics look good but don’t believe them! Pool looked pretty nice but who knows if they clean it after seeing/smelling room? Apparently it’s “student housing”.
JUST DON’T DO IT!
The HOTEL PERLE D'OR is a fraud. We rent at the HOTEL PERLE D'OR from December 28 to January 5, but what you see in the pictures and all the information including wonderful photos of the place of the rooms are not true. When we arrived to HOTEL PERLE D'OR HOTEL we found that the HOTEL was closed and not working for some time. You can imagine the frustration, the bad time we experienced and our despair. They came to pick us up to the new place. You cannot imagine what our surprise was when we saw the new place that they call MONASTERIO ESTATE HOTEL compared to what we paid and they sold us in the photos that you promote and advertise on your Expidia web page.The dark room with a musty smell with no tiles on the floor, no paint, pictures or frames on the walls around the room, all in cracked rustic cement with stains on the walls and floors. The sinks made of unfinished cement and completely unhygienic. The shower is disgusting.we feel cheated and you are complicit in said scam for promoting such fraud.
Arrived at perle d'or and was not allowed to check in. (No reason given by them)they sent me and another couple that was checking in to a different hotel.there was no running water, toilet did not work. No staff on site..could not stay there so had to book a different hotel after i had already prepaid on expedia for my room. I was not reimbursed despite the fact i did not stay at either hotel and did not receive the room i paid for. Will never do buisness with that hotel or expedia again. An awful and horrific experience for sure!
Half way the stay, a letter was pushed under the door. Property sold and the new owners are not honoring any contracts. There were long stay students there and displaced. We were given till January 9 to be out of the rooms. All staff including reception as nd housekeeping dissapeared. Only guards from the new owners guarding the property 24/7. They had no information who was staying at the property.
I was concern about the area but once I got in the hotel I felt in love with the pool area the staff 🥰Aisha thank you so much for your service.. the hotel is quite and relaxing 😎.. definitely will go back ❤️. Thank you all ❤️
Loved the stay. Very Lively with music and Good Food. Has A Pool. Feel its a perfect place for friends vacationing together. Excellent customer service. Great Staffs.
