My room was so nice! Very clean the staff was so nice and courteous and friendly! The grounds were beautiful the beach omg the water so was breath taking never seen nothing like it!! The food was delicious!! The drinks were so good!! And the parties was so much fun!! I want to give a shout to all the staff especially Mary, Louise and Juan!!

The property was wonderful! I went as a solo traveler, and felt extremely safe at all times. You can walk to the town in palm beach in just 10 minutes. The beach always had lounge chairs available, and a lot of shade available with the beach huts. Upon booking I was emailed that I had $590 in credits at hotel, but upon checking in, was only given a few “vouchers” worth $10 or $15. Otherwise, everything was great.

The only thing I didn’t like was the beach chair situation, they were locked and it was a hassle to find someone to open them, and then you couldn’t find any shade if you went to the beach to late.

not enough chairs by the pool.. and people would leave a book or shoe on chairs from 7 am.. but then not actually be there until much later.. so most chairs were "blocked" from using.. even though the guests were not even there. everything else was great.

The only reason I gave this property 2 stars instead of 1 or 0 is because the staff is one of the best we have encountered. From the front desk to the housekeeper to the bar and wait staff everyone was very friendly and responsive to any of our needs. The facilities are in desperate need of updating, as my daughter said it best it looks like a place high school or college friends would go on spring break! Not a luxury hotel for adults but I could have overlooked that due to the beauty of the beach and the wonderful staff if the food was even half decent. The food selections were limited and the specialty restaurants were very sub par not to mention they are first come first serve which means you need to get in line before 6:00. Their room service menu is like ordering from a Seven Eleven or convenient store with only 4 options. After paying a lot of money for an all inclusive we ended up leaving the resort multiple times to eat! Overall it was a very disappointing experience. I wish I had paid more attention to other reviews prior to booking.

Very relaxing. Staff was AWESOME! Buffets were great. Christmas dinner was awesome. Wish the restaurant food on site could be better. Overall, loved the trip and will definitely be back! 🌴

Highly overpriced property, this property is very outdated and not the cleanest. The floors always smelled like mildew, towels were stained and even had stained bed sheets with unknown substance on them. When trying to address this with the front desk, the manager (Jaqueline) refused to speak with us directly about the matter and had to go back and forth with staff (Joshua & Mery) until the point was made. Many plates in the restaurants were dirty as well, flies around food that had been sitting out for some time & food that tasted a little odd which caused us to go out to eat outside of the resort every night. Very disappointed with this property considering the price paid. One of the pool bartenders (Enrique) was the highlight of our trip with his attentiveness & amazing attitude. Aside from that I would not recommend this property.

Just got back from a week stay. We had a great time with just a couple of items. The place is nice and very close to the Airport. We enjoyed the check-in, and the room was very clean. We had a partial ocean view, but it felt more or better than partial. Estelle was the housekeeper and she kept the room immaculate. Jose was the hardest working man on the beach and took great care of us. Food was excellent and the nightly variety a great mix. We enjoyed all the restaurants as well. One point that I didn't like was the smokers on the beach. You are on this small island with a great breeze and you have to breath second hand smoke. The other is that even though the resort was adults only, the beaches were not. Not sure where the kids come from as we didn't see any wristbands on them. We took a couple of El Tour tours. I would say they were a good value for the price.

We love it here. The hotel is very modern and renovated. The rooms are beautiful and the view from any of them is spectacular.The staff is amazing no matter where you go. Clean. Fun. Very good food. Unbelievable beach and water. Beautiful pool. And a short walk right down the street are great restaurants and shopping. An easy taxi ride to anywhere else in the island. We’ve been here twice in the last 10 months And four times in the last two years. We are already planning our next trip back.

This resort went above and beyond my expectations for our honeymoon. They aren't messing around when they say it is all inclusive. It was very clean at all times and the service was phenomenal!
