Staff was excellent. Swim up bar on the family side was great. The adult side swim up bar was a little small and dirty. The beach was great. Food was overall good. Just don’t like they won’t take reservations. The lobby needs a little makeover and needs to be brighter. Overall, we had a great time and would come back. A few tweaks and this place would be excellent. Oh, and don’t let them tell you 2 beds pushed together is a king size bed. They fixed it but it was a pain in the ass

Overall the property isnt bad. The food was good, drinks were weak. The bars at the resort were not consistent with the liquor available, where you may have to switch what you have been drinking, due to different closing times. Easier to just eat at buffet, unless you want to stand in line at 430 until 6 (when the restaurants open.) The atmosphere can become stale, may be better to break it up with excursions. Overall i would give a 6 out of 10.

Great vacation! Food was delicious, staffing was nice and attentive. Only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star was because we had a leak in our ceiling and the rooms keys get disabled almost 2 times daily if kept next to any electronics. which is hard if you’re sticking it in your pocket or purse. but overall good experience

We really enjoyed our 1 week stay at the Riu Antillas. The resort was spacious, clean and had lots of great food options. The staff was always happy and helpful, especially Paola who worked at the towel service. The beach was perfect, with clean, clear and calm waters. We brought floaties and spent most of our time in the water and then under a hut. My only suggestion might be to replace the carpet the 13th floor as there was a musty smell to it. It did not affect our room atr all which was a great size and very clean. Overall one of the best resorts that we have been to and can't wait to return!

The property was nice and location. My only complaint is the bartenders by the pool were rude. At first when my husband who doesn’t complain about anything mentioned it I was taken back. When I went they ignored me and kept tending to other ppl. I was in disbelief especially we kept tipping every time we went up. I decided to stop going and walk all the way to the lobby bar for a drink. Horrible. So sad we had to deal with this during our vacation.
