ocean view is a little deceptive....room near the end of the hall over a parking lot. barely an ocean view. Not worth complaining to change rooms, but otherwise, everything was great. gloria, the housekeeper was fantastic, always very pleasant when we saw her. The beach was amazing. everything was great!

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The casino was a little suspect but everywhere else on the property was great! The pool and swim up bar were great. Super easy access to a great beach. Stunning sunsets! The room is basic but clean enough and comfortable bed.

Only issue at hand is upon checking in, reservations and confirmations had already been paid-for upon which we were placed in a room that was not what we paid for (standard room). I am in the process of filing for a refund of the difference as staff claims the 'issue' was with the booking agency, and not the hotel of which purposefully overbooked. This was realized upon check-in as all confirmations were paid for, and realized prior to travel. No real excuse for this as I am currently navigating 'red-tape' to process for the refund.

Our stay was excellent! The room was clean and spacious, mini fridge was refilled daily and the shower was great. The buffet always had something for everyone and the food was delicious. We ate at the steakhouse twice and enjoyed the food. If you want early dining at the steakhouse be sure to get in line by 5:30 or you won’t be eating until 7:30. The pool bar had a wide selection of drinks and we had no complaints. Everyone on staff were friendly and accommodating. We will be returning to this resort on our next visit to Aruba!

Check in was a disaster and set the tone for an extremely mediocre stay. The food was disguusting and the entire staff is rude asf. The best part about our stay was the room. It was large and the view was great. Would never go back to this property

Room was nice once we were accommodated a room change . Initially we were in room 829. We were very displeased with the view from 829. The hotel was very accommodating and moved us to room 1210. That view was amazing and the room was in much better condition than 829. The Staff overall were incredibly friendly which I found refreshing. Pit bosses need to be a bit friendlier . And some casino staff were moody. They need to improve in customer service in the casino. The food options were very very good for an all inclusive. Buffets were very impressive and restaurants were very good .
