When we arrive the room was facing construction zone and was noisy and two beds. Customer service person Luis and the team was excellent in offering us different options and we've got different room facing other side of the hotel and beautiful beach and non construction view, on the second day of our stay. Thank you Luis and team for providing us with the great room! From the food options, the main buffet was great options to have different variety of food choices. Excellent service and attentive stuff. We also had life music each night at the dinner. One thing I didn't like is the smoking on the beach, and it was not section and we had people smoked around us most of the stay when we were on the beach. Entertainment was fine and had shows and live music. We also had dance party on Friday, which was fun and many people enjoyed. All in all good stay and good service!

Check-in process was easy, room was spacious and had a great view. Dining options were plentiful, food overall was good, but had some lackluster items. The Rimini Italian restaurant was fantastic! Great access to the beach and the water was clear and refreshing. I would stay here again!

Overall, I felt the property was overpriced. While some hotel employees were helpful, most were not. I expect an employee to attempt to solve problems and provide solutions. Most acted as if they didn't have the desire to meet the needs of the guests.

This was our second and last trip to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas. Let me start by saying we brought nine people with us to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. We arrive before check in get checked in and was told our room was not ready which we understood and was told they would send us a text when it was ready. So off to get something to eat and have a drink and pool time. the rest of the group got their room and when I went back to the front desk to ask about ours still not ready back to the pool and at 4.30 I went back and when I ask it was ready yes it has been ready after I said maybe you might just want to move us to another room. So we get to the room to find only one towel and one washcloth so I call the front desk to ask for more and her answer was we will have you more on the way, so we unpack and head to join our friends at the pool. So after an hour or so we all decide we would go shower and head to dinner. When we get to the room still NO towels so I call again Reply we will have them right up Yes we shared towles this happened for three nights. The entertainment stall at the pool have No idea how to keep the crowd going playing the worst music ever. The staff in the buffet very unfriendly and never smiling. If it's that bad this might not be the job for you!! I will give a shout out to a couple of bartenders that were nice Freddy, Nelson,Louis. The last day our group decided to go next door to Riu Palace Friendly staff great time. Very disappointing place

When I first arrived there my room wasn't not what I paid for I paid for two rooms with double beds with a ocean view I got one king size bed and a side of a window that you look out of the walls , I should be compensated for that first day off of my

The hotel’s location is perfect, the beach is immaculate and the staff were friendly. **** My only complaints are: 1) the lights in the room only stay on if you keep your key card in the slot by the door, which is the strangest setup I’ve ever seen, 2) the AC in the lobby and casino is virtually nonexistent, and 3) the room keys deactivate as soon as they come in contact with your phone. It was frustrating having to go down to the front desk two or three times a day to get them reactivated, and many other guests were annoyed by it as well. Management needs to fix this. I’d definitely return to beautiful Aruba, but probably not to this hotel for these reasons. Cheers,
