The resort is very clean, helpful employees, the breakfast is amazing and the pool is awesome!!! I wish they would let you pay cash though on drinks and food upfront instead of charging to your room because it made it hard to tip, other than that would stay again.

The resort beach was quite handy to either walk or take the shuttle cart. Though the beach itself is a little on the small side; the staff there was super cordial, helpful, and always ready to provide a resupply of cold drinking water.

The staff was unfriendly. We were locked out of our room for some reason, had to walk all the way back to the reception (which is like at the other end of the world) and asked us for IDs when all our belongings were locked inside the room. They were all giving us wrong information on how to fix the problem. Took us almost an hour. But there was this one restaurant staff that stood out. Very friendly and was very much willing to help and serve us, Ricardo. He works at night. Very nice Filipino guy!

Our room was very nice with a private outdoor area, stocked kitchenette and updated bathroom. The pools were great and we loved happy hours at the swim up bar. Staff was super attentive, especially Jen!!! The restaurant was good and for other options, we were a short walk to Palm Beach restaurants

Location, Service & Food is excellent; the beach area is very small, very crowded-sucks; Eagle Beach is breath taking and less than 10 mins away, just a $10 taxi ride; most of the hotel clients were mid 50-60 year olds; the music in the pool & outdoor dining is TOO loud and they have a DJ about 14 yrs old playing in the afternoon, music that is not catered to the hotels clientele; the pool area is not large enough to have 2 types of very loud music playing; we had several conversations with people by the pool who we all agreed about the music, chasing us away and finding other places to eat outside the hotel.
