We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. The hotel is conveniently located a short walking distance from all the shopping, restaurants and night life.

This was my second stay here. I love this hotel. The free breakfast, beach shuttle, chairs, towels and water at the beach make it so worth it. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, casinos and entertainment. The friendliest staff ever! They really made my birthday trip special! Special shout-out to Miguel the bartender!

Got adjunct room without balcony. No place to dry the clothes after the beach. Ac is loud. Breakfast is the same so after 4 days i couldnt even look at their breakfast anymore. But it was decent. Beach is nearby and they have shuttle till 6 pm but the area of the beach is soso. Construction nearby. Better rent a car and drive to other beaches like eagle, arashi or baby

Great place to spend your vacation with family and friends. The hotel is beautiful. The staff is amazing. walk distance to the restaurants and the beach. Everything was great S/O to Jose, Danilo, and all the staff (I only can remember those two names), but They all were great. I recommend this hotel 10 /10. Another thing is the breakfast is amazing. This is a fantastic hotel. The hotel pool and restaurant are amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, with nice views. The only hitch is that you need to take a shuttle (or walk 10 min) to Palm Beach. But my family likes to walk - that was not an issue to us. We will be back - great hotel !

Check in was quick and flawless. You get a welcome drink upon arrival which is really good. Staff were amazing. Jose the bellman was very nice. Lavardo was extremely nice and helpful. Esther was very nice and helpful with booking tours. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping area. Literally 5-10min walk and if you enjoy scooters you can ride one of them too. I would stay here again.

25th Wedding Anniversary 5 Day Trip
We had an excellent time on this property. Everyone was super friendly and helpful when we had questions. Breakfast was included which was awesome. There’s a free shuttle to Palm beach but also a quick walk if you desire. One day we decided to have a meal at the bar and met Miguel. He was so nice and friendly that we had the rest of our lunch/dinner meals with him. Jose was also super nice and helpful throughout our stay helped us secure a taxi to the airport rather quickly. Lastly, the woman from the Treasure Cove was very nice and helpful as my husband forgot to bring swim trunks and rash guard on the trip and she helped us with selection. In conclusion, we had a wonderful couples trip and would love to return 😎.
