Clean room although starting to show its age. Nice to have wifi. With only 2 employees to check in it took a while. Eventually, i went to self check in machines and went faster.

The door lock for bathroom was broken and was very loose.

Pools are nice but the big one is open to public, another is pay to enter, another 2 only open on weekend, so all you’re left with is one large but packed like sardines pool that just about anyone can enter and then a small pool thats reserved for flamingo guests, also packed, and with kids, ridiculous. Paying thousands to have to share the best pool with the whole city, two are closed all weekdays and then the small one is packed. Only thing i hated about the hotel. The newly renovated flamingo tower rooms were amazing, clean and service was spectacular. We arrived and had a plumbing problem and was fixed immediately. Restaurants were overpriced and werent worth it, havana was its best but im cuban and know that wasnt authentic 100% cuban. Lobby is clean, be warned theres cigarette smell all over mostly in casino area, as expected but yeah, nasty for me, others love i guess

I did like that the property was away from the strip. What I did not like was the size of the room/Villa ! The villa was not as LARGE as the pictures depict ! The staff was very helpful and nice !

LOVED this place - well done! The only negative was the concert going on below our room that was CRAZY loud (even though it was indoors)
