Worst Check-In Experience Ever
I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this was by far the most frustrating experience. Arrived early after a long trip, hoping for some flexibility or at least a friendly welcome. Instead, I was met with a cold, dismissive front desk agent who made it painfully clear I wouldn’t be allowed to check in even one minute before 3 PM.
What really irritated me wasn’t just the strict policy — it was the attitude. No smile, no empathy, no effort to accommodate or even explain things politely. It felt like I was bothering them just by showing up. Honestly, your housekeepers show better customer service and kindness than your front desk staff — and that’s saying something.
If this hotel thinks that’s acceptable hospitality, they seriously need to rethink who they put at the front lines of guest service.
Won’t be coming back.
