The pool and whirlpool were very nice but maybe don't book over a week-end as there were LOTS of kids and people there. The breakfast was wonderful and the room was comfortable.

I showed pictures to the front desk of how dirty our room was. Toilet was not cleaned it had a scummy yellow ring on the inside. Shower was not cleaned as it had pink scum on shower floor, the sink in the bathroom did not drain and was constantly clogged, the refrigerator had food in it still and water at the bottom of it on the inside. I showed pictures of all of this to the front desk. Nice hotel the room was very dirty.

The last time we stayed here, we got a really nice room. This time we got a room that had not been updated. It was kind of a let down. For example: The showerhead had mildew on it.

Wanted a room with a separate bedroom and there wasnt a door.. wasnt anything like we thought we were getting.. was a lot smaller room. The fridge freezer door is broke and fell once we opened the door. The pull out couch mattress was dirty and no sheet to put over it. The pool was not in good shape.. the water was murky and the smell was awful.. we all have soar throats from it.. the chlorine was so so so strong. They should have ceiling fans and better ventilation in there. Not worth the $200 spent and not even for a full days stay either.

Beautiful facility! Clean, friendly staff, quiet atmosphere, large room with a comfortable bed, good selection at breakfast with clean tables at which to eat. We will be back! My only suggestion would be to install a taller toilet and additional grab bars in your handicapped accessible bathroom.
