The hotel was overall tidy. Our room on the 8th floor was dated but for the price was just fine. Our couch was crusty, otherwise the room was as expected. The view and location of the hotel were excellent. The gym and pool were clean and tidy. The hotel is overall dated but they keep it up fairly well. My wife and 2 sons had an enjoyable time at Beach quarters.

Gaining access to the lobby during early morning hours was confusing and possibly unsafe for some. Overall, decent stay. Nice ocean views. 200$ surcharge was surprising.

We come to the Beach Quarters twice a year now because we enjoy the stay so much. It's quiet and away from all the attractions that draw the crowds and noise. I have no complaints at all.

Super small toilet with a door and had to reach behind you to even get toilet paper. You have to step in against the wall and shut the door unless you don't mind others watching you do your business. The tub was way to big to step over just to get in and take a shower. The sink area is super small and hard to stand in and do your hair.

The ocean view balcony was perfect for relaxing and taking in the salt air. Fighter jets from Norfolk fly out frequently and we got to see the Blue Angels fly in formation a couple times. A little noisy but quite awesome show of power. Hotel is a little older but rooms were very nice. Kitchenette had toaster and convection microwave. Great.

It was a good and clean property. It needs updating and problems fixed. The outside hallway had the flooring removed and the floor looked bad. Fans were running in one inside hall I guess because of a water leak. The ramps in the parking garage were not designed properly. Larger vehicles should not use the parking garage! The suite looked good but the entry door shouldn't be in the bed area. The balcony door locks you out if you clise it so be careful.
