Decent property for its age, staff was very helpful and accommodating. Staff also confronted people smoking marijuana in the common areas and ask them to stop as it was entering all of the rooms. Overall a decent stay. Comfortable bed.

They took care of issues quickly. The breakfasts were good. Lots of choices. The properties surrounding this Best Western are run down but it's not Best Western's fault.

The hotel doesn't look like the pictures, but it was very clean and the staff was great. It's older and a bit more run-down than I would have liked, but a good deal for the money.

It was quiet and far enough away the Veterans amphitheater that did not have to deal with the congestion after concert.

The only positive is it is close to the Chesapeake Bay Tunnel/Bridge. The carpet was dirty. Shower curtain ripped Rust on all the stainless steel lamps and luggage rack. Broken closet door. Mold around tub. Homeless couple observed camped next to parking lot. Couldn't use Pool - not working. Toaster in breakfast area had something stuck in it burning. This room was subpar!

The room was very strong with the freshner. The vending machine wasn't working properly, I tried to buy a package of MM peanuts. The got hungup. So I went to the front desk. The young man tried to get it but it wouldn't work for him either. When I first went to get the MM peanuts. I put in $3 and I didn't get anything but $.50 so I put it back in thinking the machine would realize I had put in $3

Wouldn't recommend

The bathroom was visibly not clean. The comforter had an odor. A lot of the appliances look rusted and outdated. The staff was kind but the room was not up to date at all. I would not recommend this hotel.
