Horrendous! Reservation prepaid, confirmation verified, and arrived as scheduled only to be told, "We have no record of your reservation." Wholly substandard service with no offers to assist in finding alternate accommodations. A Merry Christmas it was not!

Love the Hotel

I was on a business meeting trip and I decided to stay here at the Boardwalk villas .they are still in the midst of upgrading construction however my room was clean,quiet and very comfortable. This will be my place to come to for now on and also with the family .thanks for everything

I was only able to stay here for a night of the stay. I had a family emergency and had to leave. But when we got to the room the furniture was old out dated. Had cigarette stains on the tables. The floor was dirty. The hallways reeked of food smells. My father passed and I was not able to get any money back when I only stayed 1 night of the 4 night stay. Would never stay here again or recommend it.

Was a very nice stay except for the heater that sounded like a freight train and there was only 1 working elevator which meant long wait times.
