The property is clean and modern, however, I took away a star because the room I stayed in didnt have a fan in the bathroom so anytime we showered, the room got humid. There are plenty of shops within walking distance and the propert is right off the highway. The sheets and pillows are soft and the staff was helpful and accommodating.

This is my 5th time staying at this location and once again they did not disappoint. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were very friendly and any questions or concerns I had were addressed. I will be staying here again when I come back thru the area.

The staff was always friendly and greeted you with a smile. You don't think much about such a simple thing but on the day I checked in it changed how I was feeling and helped get me in a better mood after first checking into another hotel, booked online with a different site for nearly the same price, that advertised with pictures that did not paint the picture of you were truly walking into. After another guest walked into our room, using a key card. We left and booked this hotel and from the moment we walked in the door to the day we left were pleased with the room, the staff and the service. I frequently fly to VA to visit family and friends in NC and plan stay here again.

For a suite, the room was small, but it was comfortable. I was quite disappointed with the lack of housekeeping. I know that we could have requested housekeeping at any time, but we arrived on a Friday and the first housekeeping we got was on Tuesday. Also, we ran out of toilet paper before housekeeping came on Tuesday. I think the experience would have been better if housekeeping came to the room more often.
