Love this hotel! The rooms are so nice and upgraded. Everything is so clean and the staff was constantly cleaning the floors everywhere. Breakfast was very good. We were close to the pier and ate dinner at the restaurant on the pier Ocean Eddies seafood restaurant was walkable and very delicious. The hotel has a nice parking deck connected to the hotel and we just kept our car there and walked to restaurants and shops.

The rooms were very clean nice size. Beds wee comfortable. Had breakfast! Rooms were Right on beach. Everybody friendly from janitor housekeeper security front desk. Don’t forget to add $70 deposit to bill. Pool water could have been a little cleaner.

Breakfast was limited. Fire alarm was set off three different nights and needing to evacuate at 11:30pm, 2:45 am and 9pm thanks to people trying to smoke in their room. Front desk staff weren’t too friendly; one took two phone calls while I stood there and ain’t even apologized. Found an empty beer bottle in room trash basket Gym can use a plug in aroma, weird sent upon entering

I never recieved my military discount, we had building evacuations 2 nights in a row and when asked what was going on, nobody knew anything. As the fire alarms were going off we as smart human beings carefully found nearest exit stairway and proceeded from eighth floor to the ground floor and outside across the street to our own muster point as they didnt have any fire safety plans that i seen in plain sight. Only 50% of the occupants actually evacuated and no staff went door to door to warn those of fire. Fire company responded both times with lights and sirens and dismounted as if there was a fire. On top of there pointless and false military discount, they are a huge liability to any family, insurance company, and innocent bystander. The fact that they did not honor the military didscount and the fact that at some point there will be a loss of life due to there gross negligence i have nothing more to say.

Comfortable, Great Access, Great Hotel

Clean, comfortable stay, enjoyed the breakfast, was really good. Pool was decent, always enough towels at the pool, very courteous employees. Only issue we had was the fire alarm went off 3 nights out of 5 we were there, to no fault of the hotel though.

Everything was great! When I arrived, they had me on a ground floor room even though I had specifically NOT chosen that option on Expedia. The staff at the front desk told me they would do what they could in a sold-out hotel. When I came back to check in, they had put me in a room on the top floor! They definitely exceeded my expectations.

Had a great time on our stay room was great and pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Staff were nice. The only complaint was the fire alarm went off one time at 2:30 am no real fire rumor was someone was smoking and set it off and again that evening at 9:30 pm went off again was told someone sprayed something that set it off. Not really hotels fault just frustrating.

We had a very good time there and the hotels rooms are amazing with great views of the ocean. The food is also pretty good, i would recommend this place near the hotel called Las Palmas very good food and service!👍
