The staff is super cool and welcoming but the condition of the room is what lead me to my scores here...the couch had a huge stain, there were a pair of used socks in the bed when we pulled the covers back and the fixtures in the room a bit worn out. Upgrades are definitely in order here!

We did not have any coffee in our room as they ran out, ended up having to buy coffee at the Bistro even though front desk said they would cover the cost. Housekeeping never checked on us the 3 days we were there. Valet’s were great and friendly!

Upon entering the room it smelled mildewy and Smokey. We left early because I got a migraine from the smell in the room even after spraying something and gotten sick by 12:00, 12:30 a.m. We were leaving.

The room had a mildew odor that I smelled in hallway in front of the room door. An employee came up and changed the hvac filter which helped just a bit but the HVAC system didnt even work. Tried to turn on the heat and nothing happened. It just blew cool air the entire time. Overall the bed was comfy and the shower was powerful. The valet service was great. It's just old rooms that need updating. I wouldn't stay again due to the mildew smell.
