Days in Norfolk

Rented three rooms and all three rooms were disgusting. Two rooms were heavily covered with mold, and one stunk terribly of urine. Hotel staff did rec clean one room and change the other two. But should not have happened in the first place.

Disgustingly dirty, people hanging about everywhere like it’s the hood. Loud, things didn’t work. Take to go Breakfest that was crap. Room Smelt and was dirty as hell. Mild on the ceiling, mildew, and the shower and bath. The ONLY good thing was the water pressure in the shower. NEVER AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND !

My flight got delayed and we never made it to norfolk. Both myself and expedia tried to contact tjr hotel to see if we could work something out, but we couldnt get in touch with someone. I kept getting sent emails about my reservation, including about checking out even though I never checked in. After reading recent google reviews, it seems like I dodged a bullet there, but I also paid $131 for this dump I didnt even get to sleep at.

It was a smoking Room So I didn’t expect for it to look like a Non smoking Room would, but there were Stains on the wall and roof , quite Dusty and the Bathroom was Dirty, Rusted fixtures like the Toilet Paper Holder . Overall though it’s a decent Place bed was Comfortable no sink holes , the bedding was Clean the Towels and Rags were too . Staff is also Accommodating and Friendly and they Speak , just need a few upgrades and they’ll be Good .
