On Sunday evening as I awaited the elevator I heard a voice from inside, on the phone, a bit stressed, saying that she is stuck in the elevator. The elevator did not work, as in the lights to go down would not stay lit. I then went down the stairs to share that there is a person stuck inside their elevator and it is broken, not working. Upon reaching the first floor, the young lady was able to get out of the elevator, phew. So I updated the front desk. When I came back to the hotel post dinner, I decided not to use the elevator, just in case. It did seem to be working then, but the risk was not worth it. The next morning prior to checking out, the elevator again was broken, so the stairs were my best choice. I am sure this was an issue for many staying at this hotel and I hope they can fully fix it so nobody gets stuck within it.

Good but not great

I had such high hopes for this hotel so I was disappointed that I couldn’t give it a 5 star review. It’s a nice hotel overall but I found a bunch of hairs in the tub when i went to shower- that was disappointing. It was otherwise sparkling clean & the front desk person was very apologetic when I told her. The food in the hotel restaurant is meh. The gym is surprisingly nice & well-equipped. The front desk staff is kind & accommodating. So, it’s good but not great.

The telephone in my room did not work. One of the elevators was broken the ice machine on my floor did not work and the pool was broken. The pool was out of order, but the staff was very friendly and nice.

Upon arrival, the restaurant was closed, the main elevators were out of service, the pool was out of service, and the ice machine on our floor was broken and they want to charge $10 for parking. Last time i will stay here. And, parking overnight is $20 for travel.
