This was a last minute stay for an emergency situation and it was rough to say the least. When we first got there people were in the parking lot all sprawled out on the ground, I’m assuming they were high off of something. It was very noisy and all I heard were sirens or people all night. The room floors hadn’t been mopped and left my daughter’s socks black. The microwave smelled badly burnt. The tv in one room didn’t work. The floor was caved in our room near the window. The rooms weren’t cleaned or restocked during our entire stay. We had to go ask for everything and staff were very rude. I understand that they must get a lot of bad guests but change it. They ran out of towels which was crazy to me. Laundry facilities were out of order. No continental breakfast as posted on their site, only coffee and they never had it ready. The beds are trash and fold in the middle when you lay down. Not a pleasant experience at all.

First room a/c did not work than we had our room change and the smoke alarm was none stop going off. “Got it fixed” then the next night go back and the smoke alarm was going off again at 3 am. I lost it and ripped it off the wall cause it was absurd I had to even deal with it. On top of that there was homeless people sleeping right outside my room in the parking lot. I was charged either 300 for fixing the smoke detector which should have never been an issue. Would not recommend this place. Absolute trash and I should get my money back. The experience doesn’t even feel like real life

The place is understaffed and not well maintained. This is coupled with a seedy location. The phone didn't work, certain outlets didn't work, dresser drawers were stuck open. One drawer had two pieces of duct tape to hold it shut. The good: fluffy pillows and comfy enough beds. The day time manager Elaine is an absolute gem. The front office has modern automated coffee/hot drink machine.
