Property is certainly showing signs of decline. No down button at 2nd floor elevator doors. Gym door broken. Only one treadmill and it was broken. Room door really needs a paint job. Not greeted at check in. Only spoke after I started talking to him. Iā€™m glad I was pleasant because it seems like he was waiting to see my energy first. Not what Iā€™m used to from Hilton properties.

The carpet is filthy! The curtains were ripped. I booked room with pullout couch but didn't get it. I was there 4 days. They never cleaned my room and never had clean linen or towels ready. It was always in washing machine. I will never stay there again.

Great service but room smell

Service is great. The receptionist is really nice and friendly. However, the floor that we stayed smelled like dog poop. Maybe some guest has a dog accident there. The room is smell like dog as well and the bed wasn't comfortable. Breakfast was great with decent options.

It was very convenient for our stay. The staff was nice and friendly. Black out curtains were nice and the a/c was good. Things that we didn't like....the bathroom had a hole in the ceiling, the toilet was uneven and the seat not straight, the shower was not appealing to look at (gross!)-water damage near the shower door, mold and mildew stains in the grout, the shower gel was not mounted, the lotion dispenser was in a strange place and empty, no stopper in the sink, the bed was in an awkward place as was the corner nightstand, the lamps were dusty and the finish was old, the elevator button was missing-just a hole. We stayed in Room 208.

Dog friendly

Clean rooms, quiet, good channels on tv, ac worked great. The only complaint was the property is dated, and worn out. Needs a face lift, property and rooms. Bonus they allow dogs šŸ•

A guy named Terry Fleming checked us in was rude, the room was very muggy. Couldnā€™t walk on the floor without shoes because of a dirty floor. Exposed wires under AC unit, mold in the shower and all over the drywall and the smoke detector was covered with a tissue. When I received a text from Terry Fleming asking how my stay was so far I explained the issue described above. He sent another text asking when was a good time to call, I said anytime. No phone call and no more communication from him. I wish I would have read more of the reviews because several people have the similar complaints. Shame on Hilton for allowing that hotel to represent the Hilton name. We will never stay there again!
