Overall it was nice! The breakfast was kind of rubbery so meh. The shower was rusting and had corners with grime but overall the room was clean and staff was excellent.

It was good. The linens were Lysoled but the smell from the pillows was not good, the carpet needed to be shampoed; the room had a mudty odor. LUIS waa great, the breakfast oatmeal could've have been used for spakling, there were no oancakes or waffles available. I would stay again. Gumm Road was better for tge breakfast, room was costly for one night stay, check in is tooooo late, check out is toooo early.

Holiday Inn one night stay
Receptionist was very friendly and helpful—notably calm with demands coming from lots of people at once. He’s a gem. Sofa bed was stained enough that a teenage boy declined to sleep on it, and the room had no toilet paper when we got there.

Convenience in Norfolk!
Breakfast was excellent! Clean area, great choices! Not a great area around the hotel, especially lack of choice for dinner venues. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I wasn’t able to check in early as I wasn’t aware of the check in time change (previously 3 pm now 4 pm). When checking in, there were quite a few of us waiting and finally was able to start the process around 4:10 pm. The agent provided awesome customer service however, I was downgraded to a two bed room vice a king bed room without prior notice which was unsettling. The room was clean, missing an iron board, and a bit dated. The sink was stopped up and slowly drained when in use. The breakfast was lacking compared to other hotels where I’ve stayed, but overall would stay again.
