Easy check in & smooth. Clean room & comfy bed. The onlyyyyy thing that was kind of annoying was that I gave them my card and Id for check in and without warning was hit with a 50 dollar deposit for the cleaning fee. I did get it back later but it would’ve been nice to be warned lol. Maybe I should’ve expected that. But anyway overall great stay !!!

PLEASE pick a different place for your stay!!!!!!!! This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I’m honestly still stunned by my 4 night stay. First, the customer service person stayed at me blankly upon checking in not even a proper greeting. The room smelled incredibly moldy and had mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. It smelled like there was a flood that was never properly cleaned at all. There were fruit flies all the place. AND then I saw a bunch of ants underneath the desk table munching on a crumb left behind. I asked to change rooms when they reached out to rate my stay but no one responded to me. Also, the pool was filthy with bugs, debris, and leaves. About a 20min drive from VA beach. Do not recommend!

The handicap shower in room 135 leaked all the way into the front entryway of the room. The water was getting under the tiles and you can also tell the water is affecting the Sheetrock right next to the shower and bathroom door. The room felt very humid and I think the floor and wall is the main reason for that.

Front desk associate was not exactly friendly. No hot water in room. Had to search for a working ice machine. Rooms were otherwise very comfortable and the hotel itself is very nice. Appreciate coffee in lobby early when I got up.

The property is good, the staff not so much. I have issues with the front desk in 3 different times, even if I told them that I paid online the entire amount for the staying , they pretend like they don’t heard what I said and charge me again on the time I do the check in. Then they have an attitude when I want them to fix their mistake like they were doing me a favor, they are getting paid to do their job correctly, if they don’t like to deal with stuff like that, they shouldn’t work on a job like that.
