No one was at the front desk when I arrived for check in, had to wait about 15 minutes before someone came. There was kids in the lobby area thought visit playing, throwing things from the 2nd or 3rd floor down to lobby area at each other. Running through the hallways.

Horrible. The room was dirty. The phone wasn’t working. We booked for 3 people, and only have 2 towels. Couldn’t call reception because the phone doesn’t have a service. The door lock was broken. The floor was so dirty. Blankets and pillows were damp.
