This was a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay. We signed up for daily housekeeping and we stayed 3 nights and we did not get service any day. Lastly, while I understand this hotel is close to the airport I expected more out of the breakfast than small grab and go options. Definitely not many options to sit and enjoy! But on the bright side we made smores out by the fire and it kept us warm on the chilly/windy days while we were there!

Housekeeping only came once in 8 days. Had to go get toilet paper, paper towels, towels and wash and hand towels and garbage bags quite a few times while there.

The service was exceptional. The room was missing all trash bags and small towels. There were some pills just under the front of the couch. Other than that, all use amenities met our needs. Breakfast was great and the staff st the front desk were friendly, of good humor, and courteous.

Awesome other than 1 day

Our stay was fabulous. The front desk staff were all wonderful. Our only problem was when our room was SUPPOSE TO BE CLEANED, WASN'T. On our 3 day we requested that our room be cleaned. Unfortunately IT WASN'T. The room wasn't even touched/ cleaned when we returned at 11pm at night. We had to call the front desk to tell them. The front desk did apologize several times and promised that the next day it would be taken care of, and it was. But sll in all we had s awesome stay and we plan on coming back.

Full Sheets on a King Bed

The hotel was really nice and the breakfast was amazing. The sheets on our bed were not the right sheets. We had a king bed with full sheets on it. I know this sounds crazy but we didn't notice until the next morning and we both said we slept horrible, we had made a long drive the night before and were just tired. We climbed in without really paying attention to the sheets. Then the next morning we looked and the sheets to be the wrong size. No wonder we were fighting for covers all night.

This was a really nice experience, my biggest complaint are the beds , they are insanely uncomfortable , pillows are weak and flatten easily, HOWEVER, room was really nice ! Bathroom was clean but smelled a little like urine but I cleaned it , the facility is nice , elevator smelled good , the staff was sooo nice , coffee hot and ready 24/7, pet friendly. The BREAKFAST was awesome such a great selection . I would definitely stay again and recommend 👌

Excellent suite for the money, staff is super friendly, convenient location and parking was good, my only tiny quibble is you have to ask for conditioner at the front desk as their is two shampoos mounted in the shower. Thought it was an error until I mentioned it to staff.
