Nice hotel with some minor adjustments
The hotel was fine. We did not like the parking or the pool, though. The parking is a little bit up the street and the pool is small. The front desk offered extra bedding but it was never delivered. We managed with what we had. We went in the winter for a pool getaway. We prefer a bigger and more heated pool area.

Relaxing Holiday
First, I would like to thank Jimmy, Danielle, Mrs. D & her daughter for the awesome hospitality and making myself and husband feel at home during the Christmas holiday. The room was very clean and comfortable, the shower water was hot, kitchenette had everything you needed, the only thing I was disappointed in was the small refrigerator. I thought it was a little bigger but oh well. Yes, we’ll be returning for more relaxing days coming soon. Thank you again 😁

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the staff was exceptionally friendly, rooms were very clean and the facility overall was beautiful. If I had one complaint it would be that I had to pay $20 to park, but that's because it was in a city parking garage. Looking forward to staying there again.

surprised buy how nice it was.
The breakfast was way better then expected. My wife and I are vegan due to some food allergies and we had plenty of options. The non vegan options smelled amazing and people seemed to enjoy them. The staff were really helpful. Very dog friendly. The staff lit up every time they saw are dog. They even have a fully set up kitchenette in the room. For the price I was very surprised by how nice it was. It beat many of the smaller standard hotels not right on the water. Which wow those views.

Great stay for families with dogs.
Bern staying here for years because they are the best for families with a dog. The quality of the stay has dipped slightly the last couple years. The room is getting old. The views and the location is great. Just know that you’re not getting high end accommodations when traveling with a pet. They have floors for dogs and families. I wonder if the other floors are higher quality.??
