Magnificent Stay
Orlando the customer service representative set the tone for my stay upon check-in. He was professional, courteous, accommodating, and friendly. Check-in was quick, he gave me information about the room as well as dining and the bar. The room was exceptionally cleaned, with an awesome view. I went downstairs for dinner and Tasha was our amazing cook, the wings were cooked to perfection, we also ordered pizza and a burger. The food was amazing. Brittny topped off the evening with her amazing baked peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies. They were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend the Hyatt Place. Teresa - Hagerstown, MD

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It is a pet-friendly property but you would not know it because it was so clean with no animal smell. Would definitely stay here on my next trip to VA Beach
