Not bad

Overall, the hotel room was good. The floors were dirty when we arrived, and it’s not the sand that bothered me since we are right at the beach. It was the dirty spots from previous spills. The white curtains looked like they got stuck in the door by the previous people and were dirty too. The beds were comfortable but the pullout couch could use a new mattress. The service was great, AC was not working and we had someone fixing it within a few minutes. Got more fresh towels when asked, even tho I feel like a room made for six people should have six towels in it. Overall, it was a good experience and we would not mind staying there again.

Good Hotel

My family of 6 stayed here for 5 nights in June. I liked that all rooms are oceanfront 2 room suites with a large balcony. The rooms were spacious, plenty of room for my family, which includes 4 teenagers. I would definitely stay here again. Pros: Big rooms Full size refrigerator Oceanfront Front desk people-very friendly and helpful Great location Renovated rooms Cons: Had to request towels and washcloths multiple times because contrary to their advertisement, there is no housekeeping. When you run out of something you have to go to the front desk to get it (towels, toilet paper, washcloths) No tissues No in room phones to call the front desk Cooktop, but nothing to cook with so pretty useless Pull out couch-filthy, would not even attempt to sleep on it All “non-smoking” rooms, but so many guests smoking weed in their rooms and on the balconies.

The rooms, location, and services are okay, but there is a bad smell in the corners and stairwells. The outside balcony is old and dirty, and there is also a loud noise coming from the outdoor AC unit.

Beds was horrible. Tv didn’t work but manager quickly fixed it. Staff was friendly. The strip is noisy at night but we got use to it. Great view.

Went to check in nobody at front desk waited 20 minutes anyways no big deal ,we checked in and started to shower me and my family and the shower head wasnt working we didnt know we could change rooms anyways needed to make it work so got the tradh can filled it with water and we shower like that,paid over 200 hundered dollars to shower with trash can as bucket.terrible will never stay here and will spread the word.this hotek stole my money.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, but Some Room for

I recently stayed at this oceanfront hotel and overall had a decent experience. The location is definitely a highlight — being right on the beach was a huge plus, and there are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance, which made things very convenient. The staff, especially the maids, were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which added a nice touch to the experience. That said, there were a few downsides. The bathtub had visible mold around the silicone, which was a bit off-putting. Also, the bed frames are made of metal and made a lot of noise anytime you moved — not ideal for a comfortable night’s sleep. Parking is another issue; it’s very tight and your spot isn’t guaranteed, even though you’re staying at the hotel. In the end, you get what you pay for. It’s not a luxury stay, but if you’re mainly looking for an affordable oceanfront spot with a great location, this place gets the job done.
