Room smelled heavily of mildew and the air was humid and stale. Huge amount of water damage to the ceiling in the corner. I couldn't stay in it. Staff used racial slurs while talking on the phone in front of customers and the smell of cigarettes was strong in the lobby. The surrounding area was chaotic and loud, with other guests yelling at each other and children walking around unattended.

My first stay here it just felt off. I don’t travel much for work and haven’t had much experience staying somewhere while not vacationing. It didn’t feel clean and friendly. I actually left earlier than planned due to this. After checking out a few other places, this location was better than others in the area if you don’t want to go to ocean front area. Selecting a deluxe room non smoking felt cleaner than the standard rooms. Overall not my kind of place but it worked and wasn’t as bad as other places in the area.

You get what you pay for..

We needed a place to stay with our 3 doodles. Room was good enough for us. We decided to leave after a night due to smell, ppl sitting outside on steps, & phone & smoke detector in room were not hooked up or working. However, lady at the front desk was amazing. We had paid for 3 nights and were never refunded our money back.

The property was very unclean and there were issues with broken things . Could not use the shower there was no water presssurw . When told to the front deak they said they had new pipes put in and that we need to let it run for awhile lol . The faucet for sink was falling off and. The place was very unclean . We will be calling the main number yo follow up with them . I recommend not sltaying here

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

GHETTO & SHADY ASF….. Spend the extra $$ to stay somewhere else. Workers didn’t speak English. Had to translate through an app. 2 adults 2 children stayed. We were only given 2 bath towels & was told we couldn’t have anymore until we gave the 2 used ones back. 1 flat pillow for each of us. No amenities (shampoo, lotion etc) On the 3rd floor which was non smoking but wreaked of weed.
