Excellent property overall. Room was very clean and laid out well. The only complaint I have is when parking in the parking garage that is attached to the hotel, the entrance is hard to find. Btw, it is on the up ramp heading to second level. According to hotel staff, the garage does not allow signage in the elevators and all that they have is a pretty small and hardly noticeable sign above door entrance. When you do find that entrance, it takes you onto the second floor of hotel. Ride escalator to first floor and go to the right for check in. Other than this minor issue I give the hotel 5 stars! (We didn’t use shower so I can’t comment on that but the water in the sink got very hot so I can only assume the shower water is hot).

My stay at this property was nice. It was very convenient and there was a lot to do in the area. My only issue was that the morning of checkout. I had three knocks from housekeeping trying to get into my room early to clean it. Check out is not until 11 AM I received a knock around 8 AM 9 AM and 10 AM. This was a huge inconvenience as if I wanted to sleep in I could not with the constant knocking for that reason I probably would not stay this hotel again. I did alert the front desk and they said that housekeeping is not supposed to do that so hopefully they don’t do it anymore.

Wonderful getaway

Weekend family trip and were uncertain where to stay. This place was everything it said it was. Everything was wonderful, clean, everyone was friendly and kind! What a great place to be and a great team of employees!

Everything was good and would have rated it excellent but I need a cup of water around 10-11 pm. I went to the front desk to ask for a cup of water and was told that I had to purchase a bottle for $3. Thinking there should be another option to obtain an 8 oz cup of water. Also it would be great to have a microwave in the room or at least one on each floor instead of having to go downstairs to the lobby.

Hello, I would like to say thank you for your good job, everything is so clean, the front desk good , but my room is the 1124, I had to terrible nights , the pillows give me headaches, and the mattress kill me I already have a back problem , the mattress is not orthopedic At all, I had to take Tylenol PM to sleep a little bit . And also they charge to much for just a breakfast 24$ . The AC work loud to much, the rom 1126 make a lot off noise it’s a bad experience for me for the first time with Marriott, I would suggest you to working on it. Thank you for your understanding. Went for the weekend with family, I reserved a room for 3, but they were out of a rolled-in bed since there was a convention at the hotel, was finally moved to another room with a sofa that could open. Two of the elevators did not work properly. We had to wait 8-12 minutes to catch the elevators. There are not enough seats in the lobby, which was super cold and not inviting.

I did not like that you could not get coffee or tea after 3pm. The Starbucks cafe was closed and there was no microwave in the rooms.

During a dance competition weekend, Marriot had booked at least 4-5 other events without having the staff or the resources to accommodate such. We had a room with a pull-out sofa which they did not have the right size sheets with holes, no blanket for the bed and no extra pillows to accommodate the sofa. The deadbolt kept getting stuck on the door and to make matters worse the view room was across from PBR bar which had LOUD noise until 2:30am.
