Always a beautiful stay until today. Elevator smelled like dirty water and disinfectant. Room mini fridge did not cool water bottles in 3 hours. In the middle of watching a game in the room, power goes off in every hotel room to include air conditioning on a 90 degree day. We checked out after being there for 4 hours. Not good for a room that cost $300 plus.

Everything was great- staff was friendly and the views were beautiful. Only downside is the parking. Valet is very slow and the garage gets pricey. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The check in was easy. I was hungry but the restaurant was not operational because they did not have enough kitchen staff. Valet told me it was $20 if I paid cash but could not offer a receipt they charged me $45 on my room. Had to deal with that then they gave it free. Took 25 minutes for valet to. Ring my car. The toilet is very awkward in the room. I man cannot sit on it if he has gonads because they will make a slash in the toilet water.

I was prepared to write a scathing review after the elevators being down, lack of friendly service at the restaurant check in, and the room service mishap (no silverware or coffee even after I called and they said they were on their way ), but they redeemed themselves with a lovely woman who worked the front desk and went above and beyond to save my business and she did. I should’ve gotten her name. She’s a star.

Great location

We booked a corner room with river great views. The location allowed us to walk everywhere. The king size bed was very comfortable. The sofa was made for looks, ot comfort.i We were there for a popular event and the place was full so waiting for elevators was a thing. Staff was pleasant but told us they couldn’t validate our parking because we booked through Hotels.com so that was irritating.
