Toliet and bathroom door kissed each other. Bring your own soap/shampoo/conditioner ect. They have those pump dispensaries and soap was in the lotion ect. Although the property is no smoking there's a lingering sent of it everywhere. Freezer worked well, fridge did not. Outlets are scarce. But hey you can still connect a lan line for dial up. Ocean View was GREAT

Liked it a lot But since no breakfast included could not find any place in walking ng distance that offered breakfast at 7:30 on Saturday May have stayed a second night if had breakfast

The woman working at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The hotel itself had a musty smell to it. The elevator was dirty and when I got to my assigned floor, I felt very apprehensive about my stay. It looked as though the area across from my room's door was under construction as I could see piled up concrete through the glass walls. My room was dirty. There were odd smudges on the walls and the balcony glass door as well as the room door, the mirror had graffiti stained to it. I did not feel safe in the room so I gathered my items and left the hotel without staying the night.

We think it is not bad, the balcony has a view of the sea, which is our main concern, followed by free parking, although there is no breakfast. But I think it's pretty good.
The hotel is very close to the sea and very happy.
The room was clean and comfortable.

There was only like 5 people staying In the hotel which should have been the first red flag, then I wake up literally covered all over in red itchy marks. IT WAS BED BUGS!!!!! When I called to tell manger, she had the nerve to tell me I was lying, even with proof. This hotel is completely disgusting from the staff to the beds. Had to throw all of my items away.DONT STAY. It’s a reason it’s this cheap.

The pictures online look so much better.. when you first walk in you feel ok it may be an decent hotel but then you’ll get on the elevator and that’s where everything changes elevator looks nasty on the inside and then when you get off to whatever floor you’re on you met with dirty carpet that look like it hasn’t been cleaned since they opened it and it smells instantly make you feel sticky and grimy the rooms are the same way they have a smell to them. The carpet makes you feel muggy and disgusting even after a shower. Then my bathroom had roaches

Overall we had a good time here. Being on the beach was very nice. The hotel itself needed some work. The elevator was sketchy and the ac leaked on the balcony but the view more than made up for it. Overall if you just need a place to sleep and store your stuff while you hit the beach this hotel will do fine.

my stay was scheduled for friday and the hurricane came and i called all morning just trying to switch the days because weather was bad in my area and i was not able to drive to the location they gave me the run around all day and by the time they said i could change it on my end someone at the facility checked me in so it was denied and money was lost expedia said they would change it but i would be charged extra money so i will never book with expedia again and i will never go ti this resort .. we were trying it out for our weeding party but we will look at other locations and book it with someone else in the future.
