Desk service was poor we literally had to wait around to find someone to check us out and they texted my phone at 8 am waking us up talking about let them know when we were checking out when check out was 11 am.

This is place is not in a good conditions! If it wasn’t for the location of the hotel. I would never stay here! Front desk is never at the front for guest access, we have to go find them. The towels wasn’t washed well at all with brown lint and discolored and a little bit glad they never had extra. They don’t clean our room at all and the cleaning guy uses towels to mop the floor. The same towels that the guys wash their bodies with. I’m in healthcare and i am grossed out. Trash isn’t picked up outside your room for days.

Not worth the price during peak season
Hotel is nice downstairs, 4th floor ice machine ran but didnt produce ice. Shower and toilet are in a closet size room. The door almost touches the tub. Exhaust fan in bathroom was dirty and didnt work. Balcony door lock was broken, only the J hook would lock the door. Room service is not offered unless you call and request the room to be cleaned or exchange towels.

Great to be ocean front. Very few guests at hotel, but they stacked us right next to each other. People next door smoking ganja constantly. Bugs in the room. No milk for coffee. Glad it was only one night.

All of the rooms are dated. My room was dated, had stains on the carpet, very dusty, “material” on the walls and water damage. My friend’s room had the same, but also included roaches.
