We ended up here by accident, we had another hotel planned, but once we got there it was horrible. We thankfully got a refund and ended up here. First off the staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to help you and make sure you are comfortable. Second, the place was soooo clean! That is extremely hard to find these days! They also weren’t stingy with their towels! IYKYK! If we ever make it to Virginia Beach we will definitely be back!

Receptionist is super friendly and personable. She very helpful and gave my daughter's snack bags for celebrating her graduation. The stay was so nice that I decided to stay another night and there was a guy at the counter that was also help. The lobby smelled absolutely amazing. The things that are most important to me was met with this hotel.
